Get to Know Rachael Metzger, LCMHC, CEAP
Rachael Metzger, LCMHC, CEAP (She/Her/Hers) is a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor.
Rachael has a wealth of knowledge and experience counseling in community mental health and Employee Assistance Programs. With two years of experience working in the field of training and development, Rachael has honed her client-centered and strengths-based approach and integrates cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and other treatment modalities to assist clients on their journey to wellness.
Rachael believes in the power of collaborative and supportive therapeutic relationships. She empowers clients to explore their values, identify their strengths, and embrace their inherent worth. With experience working with anxiety, stress management, depression, grief/bereavement, self-esteem, relational conflict, and life transitions, Rachael is passionate about supporting members of the LGBTQIA+ community and provides an affirming space that allows clients to accept all parts of themselves and celebrate their identities.
