Ingredients
4 ounces non-fat milk
¼ cup sugar-free Greek vanilla yogurt
1 tablespoon ground flaxseed
¼ cup rolled oats
¼ cup mixed berries
1 tablespoon sliced almonds
¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
Preparation
- Add milk, yogurt, flaxseed, and oats to a jar or container of choice and mix until well combined. Then top with berries, sliced almonds and ground cinnamon.
- Close container and refrigerate overnight.
- Mix and enjoy the oats after 4 hours refrigeration. Best if consumed within 3 days and would not recommend freezing.
