Recipe: Frozen Peanut Butter Banana “Ice Cream”

This dessert is just two ingredients and easy to make. It can provide an extra serving of fruit as well as a good source of healthy fats, giving it more fiber, vitamins and minerals than traditional ice cream. You can add other ingredients or spices (like cinnamon) to your taste to dress it up.
