Margaret Taylor, RDN is a Registered Dietitian Nutritionist serving patients at Avance Care Clayton in Clayton, North Carolina.
Margaret holds a Bachelor of Science in Molecular Biology from the University of San Francisco and a Bachelor of Science in Nutrition Science from San Francisco State University. She completed her dietetic internship at San Francisco State University, where she gained clinical experience at Stanford Health Care. After seven months as an intern, Margaret was hired as a full-time Clinical Dietitian at Stanford and earned her certification as a Nutrition Support Clinician (CNSC).
Margaret is dedicated to helping others achieve their nutritional goals by fostering sustainable habits. She strongly supports the Health-at-Every-Size approach and emphasizes creating a positive, non-judgmental environment for patients. She advocates for personalized nutrition counseling, believing that holistic treatment can significantly enhance patient care. Margaret is also committed to improving nutritional literacy and cooking skills within the community.
In her free time, Margaret enjoys being a creative home cook, cycling, and practicing yoga. She loves traveling to the beach and spending time with her family there. She also enjoys the company of her two cats, Batman and Ned.
