Our upcoming Mindful Movement Psychotherapy Group, led by a Clinical Social Worker and Registered Yoga Teacher, was created to cater to your busy life and teach you:
- About the mind-body connection
- How to better self-regulate
- To become more compassionate toward yourself

This is a weekly virtual group! Each group is one hour. Group will be held on Mondays, 12:30 PM – 1:30 PM starting October 7th, 2024
This weekly group is run by one of our licensed clinical social workers who is also registered as a yoga teacher. This group will include psychoeducation on mindfulness, grounding techniques and gentle yoga. The instructor will lead the group through gentle yoga poses that can help alleviate stress. The instructor will allow time at the end of each group to process what was learned. This will be an hour geared to cultivating self-compassion and gaining self-awareness.
Mindful movement is most appropriate for patients who feel overwhelmed and struggle to manage stress or daily activities.

Yes! Upon scheduling, our team will call your insurance to check for benefits and email you the quote.
If your insurance does not cover for group therapy, we offer a competitive self-pay rate of $40 per session.
