INGREDIENTS
- 1, 6oz container of Plan, Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- ½ Cup Pumpkin Puree
- 1.5 packet stevia or Splenda
- 1 Tablespoon Pumpkin Pie Spice
- 1 Teaspoon Vanilla Extract
PREPARATION
- In a small bowl, mix together all ingredients. Chill for 30 minutes. Serve with apple slices and/or Graham Crackers.
